Son Hee Han

Son Hee has been a leader in infusion companies for nearly a decade, and has been leading the pharmacy industry for over 20 years. Son Hee began his career with Healix, an office based infusion company, and most recently served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Optum Infusion, and Chief Operating Officer for Medix Infusion. Additionally, Son Hee has grown and developed companies in mail order, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit managers.
Son Hee formed Immersiv because he noticed too many patients with chronic medical conditions depend on expensive hospitals for infusions or are left to find multiple providers in a segmented healthcare system on their own. He launched Immersiv Health with the goal of creating a network of infusion clinics that would treat patients holistically, allow them to take back control of their health, and reduce cost to the patient and the healthcare system.
Son Hee graduated from the University of Texas’ School of Pharmacy and McCombs School of Business. In his free time, Son Hee likes to fish, travel, and golf with his wife and 3 children.

Matt Havens
COO/Founder
Starting in college, Matt has spent his entire 20+ year career in the infusion industry. Beginning in the warehouse, his path evolved to operations management and ultimately Vice President of Procurement & Trade Relations of Palmetto Infusion. Matt then joined Medix Infusion as the Vice President of Operations where he helped expand their services and footprint to multiple states. He has a long history of partnering with pharma and providers to deliver the highest quality service and extend access to more patients.
Matt was eager to join Immersiv because he shares Son Hee’s vision for helping patients and providers navigate an overly complicated treatment journey. He’s also a strong believer in treating the patient, not just their illness.
Matt is a graduate of the University of South Carolina In his free time, Matt enjoys the outdoors, endurance sports and coaching.
